Grauwald, 1891. Your grandmother is dead and her mountain bakery is yours — along with her strangest rule. Every night after midnight, the dead of Grauwald come to the window: grey faces, frost on their lashes, cold hands held out for bread. Each one leaves a grave-coin on the sill.

Keep them fed and they stay in the churchyard. Let them go hungry… and they come inside.

• Spend grave-coins on apprentices, brick ovens, bells and salt circles — and keep the Hunger meter low.
